+ How many photos do you usually return?

All good photos will be edited and returned. As every wedding is unique, the number of photos you receive may vary from one shoot to another.

For example, a couple with a lot going on during their wedding, or a more emotional day would expect to receive more photos than a more low key or simple wedding.

On average, you can expect to receive somewhere between 300-500 images for a typical full day wedding.

From experience, it's not the actual number of photos you receive but the number you actually like that capture the essence of the day and brings you back to the moment.

+ Would there be any extra charges for dinner receptions?

If there is a break of at least 4 hours in between the morning and evening sessions, the break hours will not be billed.

+ How long would it be before my photos are ready?

Although it’s time consuming, we go through the meticulous process of culling, editing, touching up selected photos, reviewing and re-editing the photos from all our shoots in order to ensure that every one of our couples receives our best work.

As a result, wedding day photos usually take about 3-4 months to be edited and returned.

We totally understand that you and your loved ones are all very excited to view the photos, so we do our best to drop you some sneaks/highlights from your big day in the weeks following your wedding.

+ Will raw/unedited photos be returned?

All good photos will be edited and returned. This means that other than the duplicate/similar shots, all good photos will be edited and returned in soft copy.

Raw/unedited photos will not be returned.

+ How many locations can we cover in a 2 hour casual/prewed shoot?

We usually recommend 1 location for a 2 hour shoot (2 if the 2nd location is nearby), as from experiemce, most couples take some time to warm up to the camera.

This way, we can take our time to have fun and grab more memorable photos in the process and takes the pressure off chasing the clock trying to cover multiple locations.

If you're looking to cover 2-3 locations, we would highly recommend going for the 4 hour package for your shoot.

+ How do we calculate the number of hours needed for our shoot

We usually recommend a 4 hour session for pre-wedding shoots and 10 hour packages for full day weddings (lunch/dinner reception).

+ What are your payment terms like?

A 50% booking fee is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable within 14 days after your wedding date.
